Yakup Kadri and Mithat Cemal, are the same term writer.Both of them attaset, the freedom that II constitutional monarchy brings, the downgrade of the Ottoman Empire, Turkish national war and the Republican Era. They did not only settle for these events also they undertook the task of the expression of these events and they give information about this terms at their consequence.Most of these information are belongs to Istanbul or they are about Istanbul. In Yakup Kadri's stories and Mithat Cemal's Three Istanbul Story there are not a lot of culture and art events that takse place in Istanbul.Most of the actor of the story are not interseted in art.The stories tell about the censorship of the Istanbul art world, individual art apprehension, and the necessity of the change of this individual art apprehension, famous local and international writers and their work of art. Yakup Kadri deals with literary language, literary animadversion,political literary, in some story of him.'' Hukum Gecesi' takes important place in his story because of the censorship and abovethe-lineadvertising, But Yakup Kadri also deals with victom of journalist, minority newspapers. Also he does not abstain about the criticism of the abovethe-line-advertising.Also Mithat Cemal made same criticism by adressing the newspapers that gives artificial news. Our study adressing about the reflection of the culture and art of the Istanbul, to Mithat Cemal's Three Istanbul and the stories of the Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu
