Many factors have taken a part of evaluation of civilizations and production of artworks. It is seen comperatively effective the factors of faith-based and religious-based, in addition to the factors of economical, technical, and military. Some civilizations who have two or three nationalities have been competing eachother as part of some criterions. Artists belonging to the same nationality among themselves to outdo each other, then to advance the art, Or, a race for centuries have other motives. Always living for the sake of humanity disposition process of evolution, the passage of time in the history of civilization, the development of technology in the direction of the city and the scene of development in various aspects of architecture as can be; when examined based on good faith and religious factors must also due to some improvements in national as well as international art works and changes are seen to be. In this article, in accordance with viewpoint of temporary-eternal means faith-based and religious-based, in Ottoman period and at the present our thoughts on the formation of the city and its architecture under the titles of City/Neighborhood Center, Silhouette, Temple Place in Education Complex, Readable Structural System and Architecture, Multifunctional Architectural Elements, Stable and Symmetric Planning, Architectural Size, Materials Selection, Low Cost of Living Units and No Waste Material To Use, Ottoman Propriety, Monotheism and TOKI Conception of Civilization, Green and Economic Planning, Economic Planning and Transportation System, Direction to Qibla and Bright Planning, Dead End, Obtaining Consent on Her Way To Another Neighborhood, Neighbourliness of Those Who Are Different Social Strata, Importance of Prayer and Its Place in Architecture, General Cemeteries and Hazires (small, private cemeteries), Given Importance to The Patient, Philantropy and The Situation of Incarnate of Charity, Confidentiality of Benevolence, Conclusion and Evaluation with visual material will be attempted to be explained.
