An Evaluation About The Idioms Of The Central And Eastern Black Sea Region Dialects

Idioms play an important role in the vocabulary of a language in terms of the briskness, fluency and the richness th at ey add to the expressions. In this study, the non-literary idioms of Ordu, Giresun, Rize and Trabzon dialects of the Central and Eastern Black-S ea Region Dialects are dealt with. The idioms which are taken from the tex ts of the dialect-studies on the afore-mentioned regional dialects and from D erleme Sözlü ğü are evaluated with respect to origion, structure, meani ng and syntax.
