This study aims to determine the usage of " i-" in Trabzon dialects, which enables the predicative use of nom i als and hosts tense plus aspectual inflection of verbs. This auxiliary eleme nt will be handled in terms of its collocation with nominal and verbal predicat es, nonaffixing characteristics, and possible behaviors in the case of affixation and scrambling.
