Information in this article is given about the Kyrg z tribes taking on shapes before BC until XVI century, by looking into ‘Kyrgyz word’ public and scientific etymology. Besides this, information is given about Kyrgyz tribes, their lands and relation between their land s and tribe-language. At the end, studies are introduced on Kyrgyz dialectology. Based on these researches, according to the geografical and tribes features reginol accent is explained.
