On Pulling Ear in Divan Poem

Redif is one of the important elements of poem, which determines sound construction of the poem and the structure of meaning. Fiction of the poem largely revolves around it. The phrase of “ear pulling”, which is the main concern of our article is an example of this. In this study; the poems of Baki, Vusulî, Talib, Nevî and Nizamî's, who are used “ear pulling” as redifs, and the couplets of the other poets are gathered. By putting the similar examples together, it is tried to explain the meanings of “earpulling” in the texts
