One of the indispensable sources of the history of civilization is travelers and travel books which are written by theirs. Between Asia, Europe and other geographies, Silk Road, which has been one of the important trade ways, has been a focus of interest for many centuries for a variety of reasons. A great number of Western, Arab and Turkish merchants and travelers traveled to China. In addition to many travelers, some prophets with their servitors wrote their journeys in the Silk Road. In these texts, it is possible to achieve detailed information about China with Asia geography. Here are two of them, who went to China on different dates and for different purposes, are Turkish travelers and their writing texts. Ali Ekber' s Kânunnâmei Çin ü Hıtay or Terceme-i Târîhi Nevâdiri Çin Maçin named text and Nakkaş Hoca Gıyasuddin’s, who is known as Timur’s son Mirza Şahruh’s side person, book of Acâibü’l-Letâif is also known as the Hıtay Sefaretâmesi. They are quite interesting and so enjoyable travel books.
