Social dynamics of the world gain various dimensions due to the such reasons as migrations, settlements, agriculture, animal husbandry, industrialization, politics, and religions. Today there are a lot of studies on this issue as theoretical and practical in the East end West, With the increasing social movements, new roles and status have been emerging; thus, the human layers or social strata occur. In this study the structure of the social strata between Kaskay Turks located within the Iranian borders, and the Old Turkish Communities, particularly the Oghuz Turks, was studied.
