Every society whose livelyhood is based on agriculture and livestock has developed a kind of belief and application around its culture so as to resolve drought, and people have applied these methods till present time and they stil continue them. In societies, for the rain volley applications, some terms of magic of the rain and prayer of rain have been used. Although there are some magical applications among them, this pratice is generally called as the prayer of rain in Turkish culture. Doç.
