The psychological contract, which is defined as the belief and responsibility for the commitments that are expected to be fulfilled by parties dynamically and for mutual promises that are not expressed between employees and the organization, will help the employees to realize the goals and objectives of the enterprise. Therefore, the employees have obligations and responsibilities in the legal sense in accordance with their job descriptions. However, these obligations will only assist in maintaining The firm existence. The fact that the company can make profit above average and achieve a competitive advantage necessitates employees to be an organizational citizenship behavior expressed as an extra role beyond their obligations. Adopting their job, knowing that they will be paid for their work, feeding positive emotions towards the organization activities by creating mutual trust will increase the motivation and job satisfaction of the employees. In this context, it will be possible for employees to take extra responsibility in organizational trust although there is no written agreement between the employees and the organization. According to this evaluation, main research question is “Does the perception of the psychological contract have an impact on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational trust?”. In this case, the aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the psychological contract, organizational trust, and organizational citizenship behavior levels of the employees who are working in various positions in the education institutions in Konya. In line with this aim, a survey has been carried out based on the questionnaire method by way of convenience sampling to the employees working in the education institutions in Konya. According to the results of the research, there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between psychological contract, organizational trust, and Psikolojik Sözleşme Algısının Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Üzerindeki Etkisinde... 987 Turkish Studies Volume 13/26, Fall 2018 organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, it has been determined that there is mediating effect of organizational trust on psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior.
