In this article the phonetics properties of Karaman dialects are given shortly. Karaman which is located in central Anatolia is a history and cultur city. The studies that we had done in this region gave us an opportunity to determine the characteristic properties of Karaman dialects. Karaman dialects possess the general properties of Group West dialects from the point of the phonetics properties. And also they overlap to the ninth subgroup in this group. Beside this, the necessity of comperative studies in analysis and classifacition of Turkey Turkish dialects is also emphasized by using example of Karaman dialects.
