The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between life styles of teachers and classroom management styles. This study used life-style inventory to ascertain teachers’ life styles, and also used classroom management style inventory to explore teachers use what classroom management styles. The sample group of this study is composed of 306 teachers working at seven regions of Turkey. The ages of sample population are between 27 and 54, and 123 of them (% 40.2) are female and 183 of them (% 59.8) are male. Also, 61 (19.93%) teachers are from elementary schools, 81 (26.47%) from middle schools and 164 (53.59%) from high schools. The data are analyzed by conducting descriptive analysis, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine teachers' life styles and classroom management profiles. Then correlation analysis is performed to see the relationship between teachers’ life styles and classroom management profiles. The results of the analysis show that the teachers have the most Perfectionist Focused life style and they secondly have the Satisfaction Focused Life. Male teachers' Perfectionist Life Style scores are found to be lower than the averages female teachers. The average means of middle school teachers is higher than the average of elementary and high school teachers for Authoritarian Classroom Management Profile. The results show that there is a relationship between life styles of teachers and classroom management styles. The highest correlation between lifestyle and classroom management styles has been found to be among those who have a perfectionist lifestyle and prefer an authoritarian classroom management style.
