In this article, will be discussed two subjects of Islamic political thought: What is the legitimate path for the president and the government (Political power) to take office, how the government can be changed in a legitimate way? What is the situation of the politicians and bureaucrats who seize power through coups? This is an important issue in the history of the Qalam (Islamic Theology) and in the fiqh (discipline of Islamic jurisprudence). However, in classical or recent studies, as far as we can see, it has not been examined separately and extensively. This issue is theoretically debated. However, historical conditions and impossibilities have affected the discussions. It is with this fact that some Muslim scholars say that it is right to define blow management. Some of them have been discussing the matter under ruthless dictatorship. They have witnessed the brutal military rule as before. They have seen that it is not possible to prevent persecution, so they have said that it is right to define impact management as much as the circumstances. However, the most striking statement in this regard is that it is like eating carcasses or pork at the heart of impact management. Chewing is normally forbidden. But when it comes to the danger of death due to openness, it can go away. However, it can be enough to survive. More is still forbidden. This is the case of the directors who have not come to power from the legitimate path. According to Islam, persecution is persecution. It is also wrong and oppressive to endure a rule of wrongdoing, which has not come from legitimate ways with legitimate means. When the fundamental sources of Islam are approached, the following conclusion has been reached: In Islamic politics, the caliphate was united. However, closer to the principles and ideals of Islam, the form of government is constitutional democracy. Individuals have the right to participate, and the president is in control of election and trust. İslam Âlimlerine Göre Darbeye Rıza: Leş Yemek 85 Turkish Studies International Periodical for the Languages, Literature and History of Turkish or Turkic Volume 12/16 From now it will be an insufficiency, the examining on this subject only with the views of the previous scholars, ijtihad and inference (istidlal). The subject must be approached in terms of the principles of the Qur'an and the aims of Islam, and the appropriate form of management should be determined by intelligence, knowledge and common sense.
