Altaic Turkish has been under the influence of Mongolian and Russian for long years. Especially, from the beginning of the 19th century, it has been connected with Russian and as a result of this connection, in addition to taking vocabulary it has also done concept translations from Russian. In this study, the concept translations taken from Russian’s colloquial language by Altaic Turkish are given under several titles with their reasons and characteristics.
