International audienceIn the same way as for previous international symposia on future directions in ultra-high energy cosmic rays (UHECR) physics, an inter-collaborative energy spectrum working group (WG) has been established with membership from the Pierre Auger Observatory (Auger) and the Telescope Array experiment (TA) with the aim to compile a balanced view about the current status of the energy spectrum of UHECRs. In addition to the review work, another pursued goal has been to quantify the differences in the estimates of the energy spectrum at the highest energies. A summary of these studies is given in these proceedings
