Coupling Measurements of the Higgs Boson in the WW(*) → lvlv Decay Channel with the ATLAS Detector

The results of the seaches and coupling measurements for \(H \to WW^{(*)}\) decay in the three major Higgs production modes, gluon gluon fusion (ggF), vector boson fusion (VBF) and Higgs-strahlung, using the ATLAS detector at the LHC are presented. Local p_0 value for combined ggF and VBF analysis at m_H = 125 GeV/c is measured as 3.8 σ. Best fit signal strength for ggF is measured as 0.82 ± 0.36 and for VBF is measured as 1.66 ± 0.79. In the Higgs-strahlung search the observed (expected) 95% upper limit on the production of the cross section times branching ratio is set at 6.5 (8.0) times the Standard Model prediction for W boson associated mode
