The article constitutes an attempt to examine dictionary structures functioning as keywords. Here, the term keyword is understood as a key to the knowledge represented by lexicographic data. The study aims to investigate which of the following, namely, macro-, micro- or mediostructure, is used for conveying linguistic and encyclopedic informations in a dictionary. Within this framework, ways in which the said structures are correlated with one another and the access path of a dictionary are presented. The main objects of investigation are German-Polish and Polish-German dictionaries of specialist economic terms.
