If single refugees do not belong to any groups of vulnerable persons,\udthe support for their integration in municipality of lasts 12 months.\udAfter this period, people begin an independent life in Lithuanian society.\udHowever, not all single refugees manage successfully to do this.\udThe aim of the research is to reveal the need for continuity of the integration\udmeasures provided for single refugees in municipalities.\udThe qualitative research was made using semi-structured interviewing.\udThe participants of the study are five social workers, who work\udin non-governmental organizations and mentoring refugee integration\udprocesses in the municipalities.\udThe study results suggest that support period for integration in the\udmunicipality is too short. The needs of single foreigners are the least\udsatisfied when learning Lithuanian language, trying to establish themselves\udin the labour market, gaining professional skills or acquiring\udqualification, and renting a place to live in. In these contexts, single\udrefugees face discrimination, bullying, language barrier, ignorance and\udlack of information, experience financial difficulties or even social exclusion.\udDuring integration, single refugees have the least difficulties with\udthe healthcare system. Such process and not satisfied psycho-emotional\udneeds encourage the emigration of single refugees.\udIn order to successfully integrate people into Lithuanian society it\udis necessary to individualize the program, taking into account the particular\udexperiences, abilities, needs of individuals as well as educating\udprofessionals of public services.\u
