Winter is our most misunderstood season. This competition wishes to solicit positive ideas and sensitive solutions which will guide more responsible decisions regarding the design, management and use of public and private spaces in urban areas. Both papers and design solutions are encouraged. They may be analytic synoptic, existing or hypothetical. There are four prizes for the competition, including a first prize of $1,000.00 and a second prize of $500.00.
