Cerebral vein thrombosis (CVT) is uncommon disease and known risk factors of CVT are hereditary thrombophilia, pregnancy, puerperium, and use of oral contraceptives. However, 25% of all cases are considered to be idiopathic. Thyrotoxicosis may be a predisposing factor of CVT due to a hypercoagulable state. Possible associations between thyrotoxicosis and CVT have been described in several case reports. Here, we report a case of CVT in a patient with Graves’ disease.
