This article is the result of a research focused on the analysis of cybermedia from the perspective of genre. The social network Facebook is analyzed on two topics that have a great influence on the social foundation of the concept womanhood: the gordofobia (“Gordofobia: slaves of beauty”) and the break of the concept of the traditional woman (“I no longer want to be a princess”). First, the precedents that originated the development of movement cyborg are examined. Secondly, we study the context in which they took place and analyze what they represented in his time from the point of view of gender equality and finally, we develop a socioeducative proposal from the social networks with the intention of putting in question gender stereotypes.
