En las paginas siguientes expondremos la cara «positiva» que presento, en general, el Derecho electoral espanol durante el siglo XIX y primeros anos del XX y que se caracterizo por una notable modernidad. Tambien estudiaremos que tipo de sistema electoral se implanto en esta parte de la normativa electoral espanola que habia nacido en 1810. In the following pages we will show the «positive» side that, usually, the Spanish Electoral Law presented, during the 19th and early 20th centuries, characterized by a remarkable modernity. We will also analyse which type of electoral system predominated on the Electoral History born in Spain, on the year of 1810.
