The time know as «Constitutional Theory of Weimar» has been, unquestionably, one of the richest periods in the construction of the Constitutional Law. In it, really, all the greatest concepts and institutions in which the modern Constitutional State have been launched. Everybody knows that, in these years, the fecunder debate had been developed about the way the Constitutional Law must be studied. The connection of this dogmatic polemical with the political, social and economic reality determined to be in the period between the two wars where, with more intensity, the inseparable relation between juridical method and political regime was made manifest.
