Control is the main function of the modern parliament. In this capacity it is indispensible. However, for a variety of reasons is inefficient exercising this task. The political bodies, the agents to controlled and the very instruments of control have all changed. The rules and regulation remains the same, however. Within these pages these circunstances are analysed and possible changes suggested allowing control to take place more efficiently. 104 JOSE TUDELA ARANDA
