En el trabajo se analizan las proclamaciones de libertad de conciencia, religion y culto llevados a cabo en la Constitucion Bolivariana de Venezuela; a tal efecto, comienza el analisis en el proceso constituyente, continuando con el texto aprobado  y las leyes de desarrollo, incidiendo especialmente en el tratamiento de las comunidades indigenas, culminando con la jurisprudencia producida al efecto. At work the proclamations of freedom of conscience, religion and worship held in the Bolivarian Constitution of Venezuela are analyzed; for this purpose, the analysis begins in the constitutional process, continuing the text adopted and the laws of development, especially focusing on treatment of indigenous communities, culminating with the case law to the effect produced.
