Anticipating the upcoming release of the new Royal Decree of Consumer Arbitration, whose main objectives is to improve the safety of consumers and users in their participation in the internal European market, the following lines are written to convey the reader the relevance of strengthening the Consumer Arbitration System in order to solve the controversies derived from the commercial domestic transactions as well as to identify it as a symbol of quality among the companies, encouraging their competitiveness on the market.
