El inmigrante ante la sanción penal

Al analizar distintas cuestiones de importancia referentes al tratamiento legal de la inmigracion en nuestro pais una de las cuestiones de mayor envergadura que se plantea va a ser el regimen en el que se encuentran estos extranjeros ante un enjuiciamiento por la comision de una infraccion delictiva, siendo este ademas diferente cuando el inmigrante es adulto o cuando es menor de edad. Por este motivo en las siguientes lineas vamos a estudiar este tratamiento penal del inmigrante, primeramente cuando es adulto, para seguidamente detenernos en cuando es menor de edad; y finalmente realizare unas consideraciones personales que espero inviten a la reflexion acerca de este tema tan controvertido y de tan dificil consenso.
