Origen y desarrollo de los derechos fundamentales laborales en Venezuela (1830-Constitución de 1999)

El presente trabajo analiza la regulacion laboral de la clase trabajadora en Venezuela desde la conformacion del Estado venezolano en 1830 hasta la vigente Constitucion; a tal efecto, incide en la escasa regulacion del tema en el Estado Liberal, el caracter semantico durante los periodos de dictadura, la influencia del derecho internacional al respecto y de las luchas del movimiento obrero venezolano. Finaliza la investigacion tras un analisis de la evolucion del tema en la conformacion del primer Estado Social y Democratico de Derecho hasta llegar al tratamiento promulgado en el vigente texto constitucional. This paper analyzes labor regulation of the working class in Venezuela since the creation of the Venezuelan State in 1830 to the current Constitution, to that effect, affects the poor regulation of the subject in the Liberal State, the semantics during periods of dictatorship, the influence of international law in this regard and the Venezuelan labor movement struggles. Research ends after an analysis of the evolution of the issue in shaping the first social and democratic state of law promulgated treatment until the current Constitution.
