En torno a la crisis del Derecho

The present paper aims to re-examine the classic issue of the decline of law. The article looks into the crisis in the domain of law through the study of a series of phenomenological features which turn out to be some of the various ways law deteriorates both materially and formally. It also reflects upon those aspects of the  problem connected with the concomitant notion of anomie.
