Evolución de la incidencia y preferencia de recursos por parte de los usuarios Dependientes desde 2007 hasta 2013 = Evolution of the incidence and preference of resources by Dependent users from 2007 to 2013

La Ley de Dependencia desde su entrada en vigor en 2007 y tras seis anos de existencia ha variado tanto en su estructura, funcionamiento, marco juridico e intensidad. El presente estudio busca identificar esta evolucion de forma cuantitativa como cualitativa en tanto en cuanto a la preferencia de recursos de los usuarios. Para ello se han analizado todas las solicitudes de valoracion de dependencia, de revision de grado por mejoria o agravamiento, los PIA y las solicitudes de cambio de PIA del municipio rural y trasnfronterizo de Oimbra, enmracado en la Comarca de Monterrei y perteneciente a la Mancomunidad de Verin. La busqueda se ha realizado en la base de datos del archivo municipal de servicios sociales con una muestra de n=241 usuarios. To do this have been analyzed all of the requests for valuation of dependence, revision of degree by improvement or worsening, the PIA and requests for change of PIA of the rural municipality and trasnfrontier of Oimbra, in the Region of Monterrei and belonging to the Commonwealth of Verin. The search has been made to the database of the municipal archive of social services with a sample of n=241 users.
