This paper shows the case study of a client (from the SPA, UNED) who suffered from mild depression and anxiety symptoms. The intervention proccess consisted of the use of cognitive, behaviourist, constructivist ane emotional tecniques. From the «common factors» model, we propose the use of an integrative intervention in these sort of cases, in order to optimize the efficacy and efficiency of intervention programmes.
