In this paper the intervention a case of mayor depression is presented. The patient was a twenty-six year old woman when had just broken up. The depression symptoms started 2 months after the break-up. The symptoms presented was: cry, irritability, quilt and concentration problems. The main aims of the intervention programme were: to improve the patient's mood, to decease the affection dependence and to increase the self-control perceived while coping anxious stimuli. The intervention consisted to get a improuvement of mood, autonomy, self-control, and coping. These goals aims were reached in 18 sessions and maintained in a 3 month yellow up.
