Water pollution is a major problem in the world, which can turn our precious earth into abyss. Waste water contains so many pollutants like inorganic and organic matter. Waste water decreases the pH of water. Pollution has high organic matter per-cent, with neutral pH and low salinity. We aimed to explain such a problem mathematically using an exponential method, which can be used to eliminate pollution from earth.   Key words: Thermophilic fungi, heavy metals, organic matter (X) pH in water analysis (Y), mathematic modeling
