The objective of this study was to evaluate the sanitary microbiological status of a poultry house building as well as to determine morphological and biochemical blood markers of turkey hens with a deteriorated health status (diarrheas, numerous deaths, drowsiness, deformed tarsal joint). Microorganisms isolated from litter, buildings and turkey hens constituted the natural environmental flora detected in these types of buildings, hence the sanitary and hygienic status of the turkey rearing
