Testicular granulosa cell tumor of the adult type is a very rare tumor. Only 26 cases of this rare testicular tumor have been reported in the literature, 6 of which developed metastases. We report a case of granulosa cell tumor of adult type in a 47-years-old man. Within three-year follow-up period without any adjuvant therapy, no metastatic progression was observed. A adult-type testicular granulosa cell tumor is reported with reference to literature-based discussion.
