The research is based on the designing of\udClinical Temporal Mediator for medical domain. The\udClinical Temporal Mediator incorporates the concept of\udartificial intelligence for performing temporal reasoning\udtasks. The designing of reasoning system involves the\udimplementation of various mathematical models of\udinsulin-glucose metabolism. The reasoning system\udconsists of three subsystems: Nuti-Diet subsystem,\udInsulin-Glucose subsystem and Therapy Planner and\udDiagnosis subsystem. The paper discusses about the\uddesigning of TPD subsystems. The temporal mediator\udperform diagnosis on patient’s time oriented database and\udalso suggest therapy planning for diabetes mellitus\udpatient
