This work describes the learning process and student training, based on the methodology developed for the development of software within the School of Programming of the Laboratory of Technological Innovation in Health LAIS / UFRN, based on the method of learning based on problems ( ABP) of English PBL (Problem Based Learning). The objective is to contribute to the formative process of the new generation social entrepreneurs and future Biomedical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Computer Engineers and Designers of the FEderal University of Rio Grande do Norte UFRN, in a contextualized way and attending to the demands coming from the areas of informatics in health, education and information management. The software development process is divided into steps that include meeting with the customer, prototyping, database modeling, creation and implementation process.
