Among other education modalities in Brazil, Distance Education has experienced a great expansion due to its innovative characteristics. Throughout the recent years, a lot has been said about the importance of interaction and communications among tutors and students in Learning Management Systems (LMS). This work aims at presenting this relation through statistics analyses based on multiple linear regression algorithms and on Educational Data Mining (EDM).
