myotonic dystrophy (CMD); however, the disorder often has not been diagnosed beforehand. Although DM is a systemic disease for which there is no complete cure, early diagnosis remains important as effective management may reduce the morbidity and mortality of patients and help them to plan their pregnancies. Here, we report four cases in which the prenatal and postnatal data were available from March 2009 to December 2010 at Cheil General Hospital.
