Slow coronary flow (SCF) is a coronary microvascular disorder characterised by delayed opacification of coronary vessels in a normal coronary angiogram. Coronary endothelial dysfunction plays an important pathogenetic role in patients with SCF. Oxidative stress is associated with cardiovascular diseases.
