Tradução do Guia de Competências Individuais ICB-4 da International Project Management Association (IPMA)

Project management has been largely used by organizations, in this scenario the project manager has a central role due to the functions that this professional perform in relation to the organization and the project team. A great number of competencies necessary to the manager of projects, programs and portfolio can efficiently execute his/her activities are in the ICB-4 that was originally launched in English language in 2015. This technical report is related to the translation of ICB-4 into Portuguese as a way to provide this important document to the Brazilian professionals in its native language. The accomplishment of the translation project brought challenges to the volunteers in relation to the schedule to be considered and the quality requested by the board of IPMA Brazil, in the end of the project, however, the objectives was achieved with the requested success.
