The aim of this performance is that to identify the problems faced by managers at the study of school improvement. At the research, the case study method of quantitative data pattern is used. Workgroup of this performance is formed by 22 administrator and co-administrator who receive education in “Firat University”, “Institute of Education Sciences”, “The Section of Master Science of Training Management Planning Inspections and Economics”, at the program of the non-thesis master’s degree in 20132014 academic year. An interview from which is semi-scheduled is applied to participants. Applied to the data obtained in the form of interview were subjected to descriptive analysis and these data were interpreted by divided into themes and categories. According to research results, manager’s most of the problem in development of physical resources is financial deficiencies, most serious problem in human resources is the lack of training given to staff and improving leadership is lack of leadership qualities of managers. The most experienced problem, in the development of school culture, is the lack of sense for belonging and displacement frequently. The biggest experienced problem for the development of education is being coerced in utilization of material and that is given all of the decisions by the center.
