In this study, the effects of environmental factors on mycelium development of Pleurotus ostreatus was \udinvestigated. Besides, optimum nutritional factors for bioprotein production by the isolate were \udselected by Plackett-Burman design. Temperature of 30 °C, pH 8 and 4% inoculant size were selected \udamong 7 incubation temperature (15-45 °C), 9 pH values (4.0-8.0), and 9 inoculant size (1-16%) for \udmaximum mycelial growth of the isolate. In the case of Pleurotus ostreatus, dog food, lactose, corn \udsteep liquor, gibberellic acid, CaCl2 and KH2PO4 significantly influenced the bioprotein production
