We study and characterize conformal vector fields on a Randers manifold of projectively isotropic flag curvature. In particular, we prove that any conformal vector field on a non-Riemannian locally projectively flat Randers manifold of dimension n ≥ 3 must be homothetic and completely determine conformal vector fields on a locally projectively flat Randers manifold.
