DOSTON IS A DEVELOPED GENRE OF FOLKLORE IN UZBEKISTAN (DESCRIBTION OF THE MAIN HERO OF EPIC POEM ALPAMYSH)

Folklore is highly developed in our republic and doston is one of the most interesting and historical genre of folklore. In the article general information about doston, types of dostons according to the meaning and some historical attitudes are explained. Alpamysh is not only famous epic poem, which describes Uzbek culture, but also it helps take important information about the history, geographical position, old Turkic languages, tribes and so on. In the article by the examples of the description of the main hero Alpamysh author explained the importance of the concepts time and place.
