ANÁLISE DO DIAGRAMA DE TARTARUGA E SUA APLICABILIDADE NA MELHORIA DO PROCESSO PRODUTIVO DE UMA INDÚSTRIA DE COLCHOARIA

In the present study, the causes were investigated in order to improve the control of the coating manufacturing process to respond positively to the intended objectives, in which it seeks to evaluate the applicability of the Turtle Diagram in improving the coating manufacturing process of a quilt company. As auxiliary tools, we used the flowchart, SIPOC matrix and SWOT that served as the basis for the application of the turtle diagram, because through it it was possible to map the coating manufacturing process in a coherent way, also identifying the opportunities for improvement. Finally, an improvement plan was implemented, effectively controlling its products and materials, not only in the sector under study, but also in all productive areas, in order to achieve a competitive differential and be ahead of its competitors.
