The environmental goods were pushed from the need of sustainability in the production, got be think from the conception of a good up to its final use. Environmental services are the processes that generate the environmental goods. These Environmental Services going beyond goods or simple processes, they make possible to create markets, as the eco-taxes, cap and trade, environmental rates of use that generate a new flow of financial resources. To shimmer and understand some markets for goods and existent environmental services makes possible to us the understanding of the complex environment that we live, offers tools to foresee other goods and environmental services to be provided. Market initiatives have to be maintainable, in other words, based in information, valuation and decrease of risks it’s possible to structure futures markets that will provide these services, for the several market initiatives, with the best cost benefit. This paper utilizes the Channel of Panama, icon of the external trade, as study of case to demonstrate as due to an environmental problem, loss of water in Channel along the years, a Market for Environmental Service can be structured. Markets for Environmental Services are in constant expansion. There is the need of legitimate concrete contractual commitments, which are indispensable to assure the support in the Markets for Environmental Services. The methodology of the present paper demonstrates through the correlation of the study of case of the Channel of Panama with a contractual relationship, based on it substance and not in the form, how to guarantee the harmony with the final objective of a project, your political conditions, legal and social-economical.
