The present study aims: to reflect on the process of inclusion and integration of disables people, to describe the historical trajectory of the conquests, difficulties faced by the relatives, and to divulge its rights acquired legally by means of the Brazilian laws and world-wide political movements. It is a bibliographical revision, that leads the reflection of the current situation of the families, and its disables. The recognition and the search for a society that not excludes come with a long fight for acceptance and awareness of people in favor of its conquests. National and international movements have been searching unanimity for politics for inclusion and integration of disable people in the society.
