This study had in view a simple reflection on situations in the units of hemodialysis that propitiate the interaction nurse-patient, allowing the mutual growth and humanizing the actions of care. Mechanical scenery and routine do not seem suitable for the formation of such in important renewal to begin and up-to-dating of the care.
