O PROCESSO DE ORGANIZAÇÃO DO GRUPO DE PESQUISA TECNOLOGIA E INOVAÇÃO EM SAÚDE – TIS

The aim was to describe and characterize the process of organizing a research group. The design methodology was a documental and bibliographical survey. The qualitative and quantitative analyses described the process of organizing the Technology and Innovation in Health research group, from its inception through to development. Its production was interlinked with graduate and post-graduate nursing courses at the Federal University of Parana, among other partnerships. Its contribution to the history of the University’s Post-Graduate Program, as well as the active participation of the group’s members, stand out. It also serves as a model for the creation and organization of other research groups.
